Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in data analytics to support the Managing Director in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key business data, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and assisting in strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and analyze business data to support decision-making
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle official communication
Assist in business operations and task prioritization based on data insights
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and statistical software
Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks
Qualifications & Experience:
IIM graduates (preferred) with 1-4 years of experience
Experience in data analytics, business strategy, or executive support
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Compensation & Location:
CTC: ₹15.00 LPA – ₹18.00 LPA
Location: Ahmedabad
