Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support senior management
with daily administrative, coordination, and communication tasks.
The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, be computer-savvy, and
capable of managing office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management,
meeting coordination, and correspondence handling
Coordinate internal and external communication on behalf of the leadership team
Maintain office files, reports, and records in an organized manner
Assist in planning and managing meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Liaise with different departments to ensure effective operations
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Required Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Good coordination and time-management abilities
Solid understanding of office administration practices
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independently
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred:
Business Administration, Management, or related field)
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as an
Executive Assistant or in an administrative support role
