Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Ethical Compliance Manager with at least 8 years of relevant experience to ensure the company’s operations meet ethical standards and legal requirements. The ideal candidate will develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to promote ethical behavior and compliance throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
– Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s ethical standards and compliance programs.
– Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
– Collaborate with department heads to ensure policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented.
– Provide guidance and training to employees on ethical standards and compliance requirements.
– Investigate complaints and reports of potential compliance violations.
– Develop and maintain relationships with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders.
– Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to adapt compliance programs accordingly.
Requirements skill:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Ethics, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
– At least 8 years of experience in ethical compliance or a related field.
– Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
– Certification in Compliance or Ethics (e.g. CCEP, CCEP-I) preferred.
