Responsibilities:
– Create and execute email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
– Develop and manage email marketing calendar
– Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
– A/B test various elements of email campaigns for optimization
– Segment email lists based on engagement levels and other criteria
– Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling email content
– Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and best practices
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
– 1 year of experience in email marketing
– Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Constant Contact)
– Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
– Excellent written communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
