– Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.

– Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
– Effective communication and leadership abilities.
– Ability to work well in a team environment.
– Project management experience is a plus.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
– Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
– Previous experience in a leadership or executive role is desirable.
