Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Duty Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in multiplex theaters or food chains, and a passion for delivering excellent service. As a Duty Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and providing support to staff and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the operations of the facility and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Manage and coordinate team activities, ensuring that staff delivers high-quality service to customers.
Monitor and ensure the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the premises.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain and manage records of customer complaints, feedback, and suggestions.
Coordinate with various departments (security, housekeeping, kitchen, etc.) to ensure operations are running efficiently.
Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a secure and pleasant environment for all customers and staff.
Ensure that the team adheres to operational standards and meets targets.
Perform administrative duties, such as preparing reports and handling stock inventory, when required.
Report to senior management with any operational concerns or improvement suggestions.
Key Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduation (Completed).
Experience: Previous experience in multiplex theaters or food chains is highly preferred.
Age: 20-30 years.
Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additional Information:
Working Hours: Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Location: Based in Valsad with the possibility of site rotations or travel as necessary.
