Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the scheduling and dispatch of service vehicles and personnel. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities:
– Dispatch service vehicles and personnel to customer locations in a timely manner.
– Monitor and track the status of service vehicles and adjust schedules as needed.
– Communicate with customers to provide updates on service arrival times.
– Coordinate with field technicians to ensure efficient routing and completion of service calls.
– Document and maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.

Requirements and Skills:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of dispatching software and systems preferred.
– Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Qualifications:
– 2 years of experience as a Dispatcher.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong organizational skills.
– Ability to work well under pressure.
– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
