Job Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Executive with 2-3 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our products or services online. You will be utilizing various digital channels to reach our target audience and drive brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
1. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
2. Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
3. Identify trends and insights, optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
4. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
6. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience.
7. Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior to improve online presence.
8. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
– Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media campaigns.
– Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
– Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
– Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
– Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
– Additional certification in digital marketing is a plus.
