Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage, automate, and improve the infrastructure and deployment processes for our applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with development and QA teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure systems while improving CI/CD pipelines and overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
– Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
– Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
– Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools.
– Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability.
– Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
– Ensure system security, access control, and compliance best practices.
– Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
– Collaborate with development and QA teams to support release processes.
– Maintain system documentation and operational procedures.
– Implement backup, recovery, and disaster management strategies.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
– 0–4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or System Administration roles.
– Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems.
– Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
– Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
– Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
– Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
– Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
– Scripting skills in Bash or Shell.
– Knowledge of Git and version control systems.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline.
– Hands-on experience through DevOps projects, internships, or live environments is a plus.
– Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
– Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
