Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad (Work From Home & Work From Office options available)
Salary: ₹7,00,000 to ₹14,00,000 per annum
Job Description:
Capgemini is seeking an experienced and skilled DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automating processes, managing infrastructure, and supporting continuous integration and delivery pipelines. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure that systems are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage cloud infrastructure, using services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
Automate deployment and operational tasks using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
Work with developers to create and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Ensure high availability and scalability of applications and systems.
Monitor and maintain system performance, responding to issues and implementing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software development and release processes.
Apply security best practices to safeguard the infrastructure and applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues in a timely manner.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 0-5 years in a DevOps role (Freshers with strong skills are also encouraged to apply)
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, CircleCI, TravisCI)
Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Ruby
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack)
Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, load balancing, firewalls, etc.)
Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub)
Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps
Educational Qualification: Any Graduation
