Title: DevOps Engineer (Azure & AWS)
Overview
We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, automating, and maintaining cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes to ensure scalable, secure, and highly available applications.
Role & Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS platforms
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and ARM templates
Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS)
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using cloud monitoring tools
Implement security best practices, IAM policies, and secrets management
Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, release, and deployment processes
Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution
Ensure high availability, scalability, backup, and disaster recovery strategies
Maintain documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, and operational processes
Stay updated with emerging DevOps tools and cloud technologies
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
AWS and/or Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud services
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation)
Good understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture
Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
Scripting skills using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
Familiarity with Git and version control systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines
