The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff members to manage code releases. They will play a crucial role in automating and streamlining our operations and processes.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with software developers to deploy and operate systems
– Help automate and streamline operations and processes
– Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations
– Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments
– Ensure system security and reliability
– Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
– 5+8 years of experience in DevOps role
– Strong background in Linux/Unix administration
– Experience with automation/configuration management using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
– Proficiency in scripting and coding using Python, Ruby, or other languages
– Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an enterprise environment
Qualifications:
