Job Description:
TRooTech is looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to ensure smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and software
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Provide technical support to end users
• Manage operating system installations and updates
• Configure printers and peripheral devices
• Handle user accounts and access permissions
• Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
• Ensure system security and antivirus management
• Maintain IT documentation and support records
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues
