Responsibilities:
1. Enter data into designated databases and maintaining accurate records.
2. Update and verify existing data to ensure consistency and completeness.
3. Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
4. Review data for errors, missing information, or discrepancies.
5. Respond to data inquiries and requests from team members.
6. Maintain data confidentiality and security procedures.

Requirements and Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and data entry software.
3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Basic understanding of data confidentiality principles.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications:
0-6 month of experience is required for this position. Training will be provided to the chosen candidate.
