Job Title: Data Entry/MIS Specialist

Job Overview:
Digitech Sols is looking for a skilled Data Entry/MIS Specialist to join our team. This role involves working with large sets of data, maintaining databases, generating reports, and performing regular data entry tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks
Maintain and update databases and records
Prepare regular MIS reports for analysis and decision-making
Handle data verification and correction of discrepancies
Generate weekly/monthly reports based on project requirements
Assist in the creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, dashboards, and other documents
Ensure data confidentiality and security
Communicate with team members to ensure smooth data flow

Key Requirements:

Fresher to 15 years of experience in data entry, MIS, or similar roles
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Familiarity with data management software/tools is a plus
