Job Overview:
As a Data Engineer with 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining data pipelines and systems to enable data analysis and reporting. You will work closely with data scientists and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of data within the organization.
Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure.
– Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
– Optimize data systems and pipelines for performance and scalability.
– Troubleshoot data-related issues and provide technical support to stakeholders.
– Ensure data security and compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role for at least 2 years.
– Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and Java.
– Experience working with data warehousing and ETL tools.
– Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop).
– Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
– Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
