PhysicsWallah is hiring a Student Support Executive to provide efficient and friendly support to students. The role focuses on handling student queries, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering a positive support experience through timely and accurate resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle student queries through in-person interactions and phone calls
Provide quick, accurate, and effective resolutions to student concerns
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain proper documentation
Update and manage tickets using support tools
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
Ensure a high level of student satisfaction and service quality
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate in any stream
Good communication skills in English
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Familiarity with ticketing tools (Freshdesk preferred)
Strong problem-solving and customer-support mindset
Prior customer support experience is an added advantage
