Job Overview:
As a Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements:

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
– No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus.
– Training in customer service or related fields is beneficial.
