Qualification : Graduate in any field
Experience : 1 Yrs Experience in Fintech/BFSI industry
Salary : ₹35,000 CTC to ₹50,000 CTC
Shift Rotational Shift 24×7 (Both Girls & Boys)
Job Location : Gurgaon
Roles and Responsibility : Handling Customer Queries, Maintaining CSAT, Taking accountibility, Providing end to end resolution
Cab Facility : Yes (Within 20 KM)
