Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative (Voice Process), you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support over the phone. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to incoming calls from customers promptly and professionally.
– Listen to customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
– Address customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
– Upsell or cross-sell products or services when applicable.
– Follow company policies and procedures while dealing with customers.

Requirements and Skills:
