Location: Ghansoli
Salary: Up to ₹33,000 in-hand
Shift Window: Rotational
Working Days: 5 days a week
Week Offs: 2 rotational
Job Summary:
Hexaware is looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. The role involves handling international customer queries efficiently via calls, emails, and chat while ensuring high-quality customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Maintain high-quality customer interactions through voice and non-voice processes.
Follow communication guidelines, scripts, and procedures.
Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Adhere to company policies and compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of 1 year of international customer service experience (mandatory).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good typing speed and email etiquette.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer escalations.
Comfortable with rotational shifts and flexible work hours.
Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools.
