Title: Customer Relationship Executive
Overview
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Relationship Executive to build, manage, and strengthen relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, handle queries efficiently, and act as a key link between customers and internal teams to support retention and business growth.
Role & Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally
Act as a point of contact between customers and internal departments
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and follow-ups
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives
Coordinate with sales, operations, and support teams
Assist in onboarding new customers and explaining products/services
Prepare customer reports and relationship status updates
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Customer service or CRM-related certifications are a plus
Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar)
Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
Good documentation and follow-up skills
Professional attitude and conflict-handling ability
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
