Job Profile: Customer Care Executive (Tele Caller)
Process: PNB MetLife Insurance
Shift: Day Shift (9:45 am – 7 pm)
Training: 15 days (Stipend: ₹3,400)
(Company will keep you on permant salary basis depends upon performance)
Key Requirements:
– Excellent English communication skills
– Strong grammar and sentence formation skills
– Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
Job Responsibilities:
