Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries professionally
Make outbound calls for follow-ups, customer support, and service coordination
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
Maintain proper records of customer interactions and support tickets
Coordinate with technical, sales, and internal teams for issue resolution
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of customer requests
Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction levels
Update CRM or support systems with call details and outcomes
Adhere to company policies, processes, and communication guidelines

Education / Qualification
B.Com / B.A / B.Sc / BBA / MBA

Knowledge / Skills
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Customer-centric and problem-solving approach
Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls confidently
Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
