Confidence Petroleum India Ltd., a leading LPG company, is seeking an experienced Corporate Trainer to join our team at the Head Office in Nagpur. We are looking for professionals who are confident, smart, and possess a strong track record in training and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training programs across functions
Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate effectiveness
Support employee performance improvement initiatives
Deliver both functional and technical training sessions
Enhance employee engagement through structured learning
Maintain MIS and training documentation
Work closely with department heads for learning alignment
Key Skills:
Strong team handling experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MIS reporting
Analytical mindset with problem-solving approach
Confident personality with training facilitation capabilities.
