Job Overview:
The Commerce Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the commerce operations of the organization. They are responsible for coordinating and executing various tasks related to sales, marketing, and business development activities to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to increase sales.
– Coordinate product launches and promotions to drive customer engagement and increase sales.
– Manage relationships with key stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, and partners.
– Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
– Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
– Assist in developing pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth.
– Support the development and execution of e-commerce initiatives to enhance online sales.
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
– Proven experience as a Commerce Coordinator or similar role for at least 5 years.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
– Proficiency in using CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools.
– Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
