Job Title: Client Coordinator Executive (Female)

Location: Delhi Gate, Ghaziabad (Near Metro Station)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Based on candidate profile)
Experience: Minimum 1 year

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Client Coordinator Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, building strong relationships,
and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication and organizational
skills to effectively coordinate between clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

– Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and providing timely responses.
– Manage client accounts, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.
– Coordinate with internal teams to provide clients with necessary information and updates.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction.
– Track and report on client feedback and implement necessary improvements.
– Assist in the development of client proposals and presentations.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in client coordination or account management.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
– Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
