We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Site Supervisor with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in civil or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising construction sites, ensuring project progress, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Coordinate and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide site workers and subcontractors.
Quality Checks: Monitor and ensure the quality of materials and workmanship as per industry standards.
Site Progress Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular reports on site progress and challenges.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, logs, and site documentation.
