Title: Civil Site Engineer

Overview
We are looking for a qualified and responsible Civil Site Engineer to supervise and manage on-site construction activities. The role ensures that civil works are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and project timelines.

Role & Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site
Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and site workers
Monitor material quality, quantity, and usage
Maintain site records, measurements, and daily progress reports
Ensure compliance with safety rules and site regulations
Identify and resolve technical issues at the site
Coordinate inspections and quality checks
Track project schedules and report delays or issues
Liaise with project managers and engineers for smooth execution

Education / Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Knowledge / Skills
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
Basic understanding of site safety and quality standards
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic engineering software
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
