Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in site supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of construction projects, ensuring adherence to specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards. The individual will play a key role in managing project progress, coordinating with contractors and stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Supervise and monitor ongoing construction projects on-site
– Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations
– Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
– Coordinate with contractors, clients, and project stakeholders
– Identify and address any issues or setbacks that arise during construction
– Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
– Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
– Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management
Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– At least 2 years of experience in civil engineering and site supervision
– Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
– Proficiency in project management software and tools
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
– Attention to detail and a commitment to quality standards
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
– Certified Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
– Previous experience in site supervision or construction management
– Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and codes
