Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement the organization’s strategic plan in alignment with the board of directors.
– Provide leadership and guidance to senior management and staff to ensure the organization meets its goals and objectives.
– Oversee day-to-day operations, including financial management, human resources, and business development.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, clients, and partners.

– Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintain high ethical standards across the organization.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
– Proven track record of at least 15-25 years in executive leadership roles, preferably as a CEO or in a similar capacity.
– Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
– Strong financial acumen and understanding of business operations.
– Demonstrated experience in managing and building successful organizations.
