Job Overview:
The Chartered Accountant – Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of accounting professionals to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in accounting principles and practices, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and manage a team of accountants to ensure timely and accurate completion of financial reports.
2. Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
3. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud.
4. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
5. Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the audit process and address any findings or recommendations.
6. Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in accounting practices.

Requirements and Skills:
1. Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
2. 8-10 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficient in financial software and ERP systems.
6. Leadership and team management abilities.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
