Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team in the textile industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and experience in handling end-to-end accounting, audits, taxation, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with statutory and company guidelines.
Handle direct and indirect taxation matters including GST, TDS, and income tax.
Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably in the manufacturing or textile sector.
Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, SAP, or ERP systems).
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
