This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in sales and business development.
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business leads
Promote company products and services to potential clients
Conduct client meetings, calls, and follow-ups
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions
Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals
Maintain client records and sales data
Prepare daily activity reports and MIS
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Education & Eligibility
12th Pass or B.Com
Fresher or up to 2 years of experience
Skills Required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic sales and negotiation abilities
Customer-handling and follow-up skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Target-oriented and result-driven mindset
Willingness to learn and grow in sales
Positive attitude and team spirit
