Job Description

Title: Business Development Executive / Manager

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development professional to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, proposal management, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business targets.

Role & Responsibilities
Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through various channels
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and quotations
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals
Manage and track sales pipeline and opportunities using CRM tools
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align offerings with client needs
Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates for management

Education / Certification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development are a plus

Knowledge / Experience / Skills
Strong understanding of business development and sales processes
Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple prospects and meet deadlines
Strong coordination and relationship management skills
