As an Executive – Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, acquiring new clients, and building long-term relationships. You will play a crucial role in the growth of the business by promoting the CASA product offerings and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Identify and generate potential leads for CASA (Current Account & Savings Account).
Actively prospect new clients through calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
Pitch and promote CASA products to individual and corporate clients.
Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the organization.
Focus on driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client relationship management.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Address and resolve client queries effectively and in a timely manner.
Market Research & Analysis:
Understand market trends and competitor offerings to position the CASA product effectively.
Conduct research to identify potential markets and customer segments.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress.
Submit regular sales reports to the management team.
Collaborative Teamwork:
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account management for clients.
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and company events.
Skills & Qualifications:
Fresh Graduates with a passion for sales and business development.
Strong Communication Skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to build relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
Goal-Oriented with a strong drive to meet sales targets.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to new challenges and a fast-paced work environment.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
