Job Overview
RebuildIndia Corporation is inviting applications for the role of Business Development Executive (BDE). We are looking for motivated, target-driven professionals who are eager to grow with a multi-domain organization. This is a performance-oriented role focused on lead generation, client communication, and business conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities
Communicate company services clearly to potential clients
Convert leads into business as per assigned targets
Follow up with prospects and maintain professional client relationships
Maintain accurate lead and work records as instructed
Follow company communication standards and sales processes
Adhere to ethical sales practices
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Eligibility Criteria:
Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Laptop or Android mobile phone with a stable internet connection
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (salary based on experience)
