Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth and expand our client base. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:
– Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other strategies.
– Research and identify new business opportunities.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
– Pitch products/services to potential clients.
– Negotiate and close deals with clients.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies for business growth.
– Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Proven track record in sales, business development, or a related role.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
– Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques.
– Understanding of market trends and customer needs.

Qualifications:
– 1 year of experience in business development or sales.
– Experience in a similar industry is a plus.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Ability to travel for client meetings and networking events.
