We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our growing team at The HR Factory. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales and business growth, especially in the HR services and recruitment space.

As a BDE, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by identifying new client opportunities, building strong professional relationships, and offering customized staffing and HR solutions to companies across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking, emails, and digital platforms.
Client Acquisition:
Pitch HR and recruitment solutions to businesses, schedule meetings, and convert leads into active clients.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular follow-ups and long-term engagement.
Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to shape effective sales strategies.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Coordination with Delivery Team:
Work closely with the recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely fulfillment of requirements.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain a database of prospects, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM or internal tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably in recruitment or HR services)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM tools
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
