Job Summary:
CipherStudio Pvt. Ltd is seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
Manage end-to-end sales processes including lead generation, proposal creation, and closing deals.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
Required Skills:
1–2 years of experience in IT sales or business development.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking methods.
