Salary: ₹3 to ₹5 LPA
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the capital equipment industry and a proven track record of driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the capital equipment sector
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
Prepare proposals and close deals to meet revenue targets
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Requirements:
B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory
2 to 6 years of experience in business development or sales in the capital equipment industry
MBA preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel as needed for business meetings and client visits
