Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and market research. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Generate leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and online research
Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate and close business deals
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to stay updated with trends and competitors
Requirements:
2 to 4 years of proven experience in business development or sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
