Job Summary
Follis Hitech Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive / Sr. BDE / BDM with proven experience in acquiring and managing clients through online platforms like Freelancer and Upwork. This role requires a strong understanding of IT services and the ability to convert leads into successful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and similar portals.
Prepare and submit customized proposals and bids to prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to deliver appropriate solutions.
Negotiate terms, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Maintain a sales pipeline and regularly update CRM with lead status.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development through online bidding platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Good understanding of IT services, web and mobile app development.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Proficient in MS Office tools and online communication tools.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
