Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met effectively.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain CRM and documentation for all client interactions and sales activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or IT sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using bidding platforms and lead generation tools.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with international clients and understanding of global markets.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle and IT services.
