The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve growth targets.
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
– Identify trends and opportunities in the market to drive business growth.
– Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance offerings.
– Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
– Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
– Monitor and report on sales performance.

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Proven track record in business development with at least 3 years of experience.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
– Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
– Knowledge of market trends and competitors.
– Proactive and results-oriented approach.
