.Job Summary:
TechnoBase IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and analytical Business Analyst to join ,
our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs,
and technology solutions by gathering and analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and facilitating .
clear communication between stakeholders and development teams.
.Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings, interviews, and documentation review.
Prepare and maintain detailed BRD (Business Requirement Documents), FRD (Functional Requirement Documents),
and FRS (Functional Requirement Specifications).
Develop use cases, workflows, and data flow diagrams to represent business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
Assist in functional testing and validating that delivered features meet business expectations.
Participate in project planning and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
Support change management and end-user training activities as needed.
Maintain a thorough understanding of SDLC and contribute to process improvements.
..Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
Familiarity with BRD, FRD, FRS creation
Ability to write clear and concise use cases and process flows
Basic understanding of functional testing
Good knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience working with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Exposure to tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello is a plus
