Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Anantapur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency and support strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals.
Identify gaps, propose solutions, and support implementation.
Develop and maintain business process documentation, reports, and dashboards.
Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
Monitor performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and support change management.
Required Skills:
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Proficiency in documentation, requirement gathering, and process mapping
Experience with project tracking tools and data analysis
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Experience in the manufacturing or industrial domain is a plus
