Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to analyze business needs, gather requirements, and drive successful project execution. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to enhance business processes and deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements (BRD, SRS, FRD).
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project scope, objectives, and key performance indicators.
Conduct process mapping, workflow optimization, and gap analysis.
Create wireframes, user stories, and process flows.
Work closely with developers to ensure requirements are met.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in system implementation.
Analyze data using SQL, Power BI, or Tableau and generate reports.
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and backlog refinement.
Identify risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
Provide training and documentation for end-users.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Four to ten years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Finance, Healthcare, or E-commerce.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
Experience with process modeling (BPMN), wireframing (Figma, Balsamiq), and API integrations.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in ERP, CRM, or cloud-based systems.
Business Analysis Certifications (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
