Job Overview:
As a Business Analyst with 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives
– Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement
– Gather and document business requirements
– Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns
– Prepare and present reports and recommendations to stakeholders
– Support project management activities and provide input on project planning
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions

Requirements and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
– 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
– Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies
– Experience with project management tools and techniques

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
– 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
– Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus
– Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
