Job Summary:
Zithas Technologies Pvt. Ltd is seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will play a key role in understanding business requirements, acting as a liaison between stakeholders, and providing actionable insights to improve processes and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and clients to understand needs.
Translate business requirements into detailed documentation such as BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) and SRS (Software Requirement Specifications).
Facilitate effective communication between IT teams, management, and business units.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with product owners to define, prioritize, and refine product features.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions align with defined business requirements.
Prepare and present workflow charts, business models, and presentations for key stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and provide timely insights and reports to management.
Key Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years working as a Business Analyst in an IT or consulting environment.
Strong knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
